Virgin active is trying to charge customers after their contracts have ended. The sales consultants don't bother explaining and this is something that happened 11 years ago yet they still trying to de***** me. This is ******** and now they not refunding my vitality activation fee of R 1 900. am I meant to go to the police to get my money back so I can go to planet fitness ?
