If I could I would give them less than a star, 2 months after cancellation they’re still trying to debit my account, trying to sort out the problem is near impossible. Speaking to customer service is like speaking to an infant child who is brain damaged. There gyms aren’t even good. 95% of the time no matter what gym you go to equipment is out of order, there’s not water or no ventilation. Please do not get a membership with these con artists.
