Virgin Active is a **** with lying unprofessional staff!

Virgin Active is completely unprofessional with lying staff! According to a promotion that a signed up for January and February are supposed to be covered by the R50 joining fee... So this sounds suspicious to me and I CLEARLY ask the sales consultant does that mean I will START having the membership debit order go off on the 15th of MARCH...the sales consultant responded with a "YES" because it's your promotional off which will end soon. They debit my account in February, when make a query they said the debit is for March. I explain what the sales consultant told me, without an apology for miscommunication and receiving false information on behalf of their sales consultant they explained that I will pay now and that's all! I want to cancel my contract and I am liable to pay R2000... For something I will NOT be benefiting from or using. The best part when I asked repeatedly when I would start paying and on the 3rd time "you will pay in March but month end" the sales consultant had selected my payment on her own, even while I was sitting there. When I first came in for my scheduled induction the employee who made the appointment to show me around was not on duty yet, then the one who was going to take over had no apology but had an attitude. I cannot even believe I got myself in this **** of a gym!
