Virgin active is a *****!

If I could rate a -100 I would, I have received an email from virgin active stating my fees would be increased to R510, which I was happy with but little did I know this ********** company was just going to debit me a higher amount which had to be reversed back as I had that set amount in my bank account therefore my bank charging me as well for the reverse order, secondly, it is against consumer rights to falsely inform a loyal and paying customer a set amount and then try to ***** more money out of them. Is this what the company has come to? *****ing more money from your customers, I’ve spoken to numerous people who have gone through the same thing before and has had endless fights regarding this matter! It is a disgrace to be a member of such a club who are money thirsty and see no value in taking care of their customers! Provide me with a valid reason as to why you would debit a higher amount from my account despite your email stating otherwise before I get lawyers involved! P.S everyone who has a virgin active membership I highly recommend you cancel it as soon as possible and to everyone else who doesn’t please go anywhere else as they will treat you 100% better!
