Virgin Active is a ****

Virgin Active's system randomly adds arrears to accounts and the call center agents cannot even explain where they come from. This has happened to me twice already and the first time they fixed it I don't know how, again today they called me saying I owe them R1100 when I only owe R400. Virgin Active is a **** unfortunately for them I keep a spreadsheet of all my accounts they cannot rob me of my hard-earned money.
