Virgin Active is a **** - DON'T SIGN-UP

I registered online in the middle of June and chose a vitality option as I'm on vatality and the next thing all the full amount is deducted R1090. When I phoned they told me to go to the gym and they will link my membership with my vatality, I went to the gym and they told me to pay R1000 to link my vatality, I mean what the hell? I phoned Virgin Active and they said I didn't choose the vatality option. This people are ******, run for your life.

When I joined they avertise that its 2 months free, guess month end they debited my account.

NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THIS **** THEY ARE DOING.
