Virgin Active is a bunch of bullies and incompatant people.

My wife cancelled the menbership we had in March 19. it is now Sep 19 and they have handed us over to collections. She sent a cancellation to all parties in March 19 and paid a cancellation fee. Resent the info to not only Virgin Active H/O again, but as well as 2 x to the collection agency. And they still phone us at 20h00 to demand payment.
