Virgin active is a BIG ****

I was part of virgin active braamfontein since August 2022, due to school I had to relocate and move(this was in feb) but the place I moved to doesnt have virgin active and few months later I relaised theres not use for me to keep my memebership i called virgin active they convice me to rather freeze my membership which i did and I couldnt stop paying when I dont even go to the gym i called in again to cancel they told me to rather wait for August since my contract is ending and it would be less expensive to cancel I called before the end of August as advice to cancel they told me the last amount I would have to pay would be 50% which is R155 but still they still took R310 for september no one is helping me ive been calling and seeking help for so long, I am only a student for heaven sake All i want is for virgin active to let me go I owe them nothing YOH, so basically i have been paying the since Feb meanwhile I dont even have access to the gym, Virgin active is a ****
