Virgin Active is a ****

I received an email from Virgin Active on the 10/10/23 that my home Gym be closed on the 30 November 2023. As of 1 November 2023, you’ll automatically be upgraded to a Premier membership* at your current rate. I was able to access Gyms during November and December. To my surprise on the 15 Jan 2024 I went to Virgin Active Vodaworld and was denied access and got told I can only gym at Glenvista. I escalated to support and was told to send an email to *** till today no reply from them. What a **** this Virgin Active is. Pathetic to say the list.
