i signed up for gym membership @ virgin active Honeydew in april and the sales person who asissted was Vusi ,i told him since is mid month is better i start beginning may so i can start paying from 25 of may and he said to me is ok i can signed up then as a promotion i will star paying 25 may for may and he assured me i wont be billed till may to my suprise April i get billed the full amount and i reversed it as i believe they made a mistake but whe i now ask him he says he will escalate with hes manager because he also doesnt understabd y i was billed till today theres no feedback from them yesterday i spoke to hes manage cliffton who said he will talk to vusi and call me back but nothing still.
