VIRGIN ACTIVE IS *************!!!!

I was sponsoring two kids for a Virgin active membership for the past 6/7 years. We had NUMEROUS ISSUES on the accounts over the past years. But I've had enough this time. I think Virgin active *****S money from their clients by playing dumb!! We have cancelled membership in March 2025 in Potchefstroom branch AS WELL AS Welkom. We also had some changes on our account getting people on and off in those months. My husband was at the branch more than once to confirm that the amounts on the bank was correct and that the person living in Potch now are off the system. In the mean time, it was not the case. We were still paying for him on his own account with Virgin active taking no responsibility of this. Even after we could give them the exact dates that we cancelled his membership are they still just saying that they can not take responsibility as we have no proof. What proof does Virgin active ever give us? Honestly, not sure how they still get away with this type of ignorance. After this one contract has expired where I am also sponsoring someone I will NEVER Use Virgin Active again.
