Virgin Active ******ing their client

1. I was told that as an premium member I would be able to access ALL the Virgin active gyms in the whole South Africa... Which is not true.

2. Why did my premium go up by 50% without notice after 3 months... This is *****ulent... Can I just decide to change contract terms towards Virgin? NO... I will be held accountable...

You people are taking advantage of people and then you walk all over them when the try to fight back.
