Virgin Active ***********

Nobody in the gym can tell me anything about membership. They make you fill out a form whilst they have all the info on the system. I spoke with a Gugulethu. Im was trying to downgrade to a off-peak membership.

Also I have not been able to get a membership card for 6 months - they just say the system is off and open the gate manually - has the system been down for 6 months? You don't even need a membership - just go to the gate and say your card doesn't work and they open..

A week later a consultant form HQ phoned me telling me that I was on the plan I wanted to move to. I asked if it was possible to be paying so much - he put the phone down in my ear. ***??

I'm moving over the Planet Fitness. I feel Discovery is in a financial pickle and/or the staff is not capable of performing their functions.
