Virgin Active ***********

I have been trying to get through to Virgin Active payroll via *** and all I have been doing is waiting 7 minutes on average to get through and when I do I get transferred to wrong department or I get cut off. I sent countless emails to thier Web adin and no response. I sent 3 emails to Hazel Hewitston on her *** and she has not responded or acknowledged receiving the emails to assist me with my query as she is the right person. Virgin Active is a shadow of the company it used to be its a joke. No professionalism and poor client service.

All I want is a simple UI19 form and salary schedule as former employee and no one is willing to assist or getting back to me.
