Virgin Active incompetence

I am fed up with Virgin Active employees who's attitude stinks. I have cancel my membership in January 2025, since then they are phoning myself, my daughter and my husband constantly, telling us that I am lying , that I did not cancel my membership and that I owe them money. This is not the first time I have lodge a complaint against Virgin Active. I owe them nothing and more I owe their employee's nothing. they must stop phoning me , this is now on the verge of harassment from Virgin Active side.
