Virgin Active - Incompetence at its best.
In December 2018, my vitality membership was cancelled without my request. I was not aware of the cancellation until my premium for Virgin Active (VA), went off in January 2019 without the Vitality discount. When i queried this with VA, i was informed that Vitality was cancelled. I contacted Vitality and it was reinstated as of January 2019. The link between VA and Vitality is yet to be rectified. Vitality has directed me to contact VA. VA says that this must be done by Vitality. I escalated this to a manager in your contact centre Tshepo (Ref ********** 946) who informed me that my profile was deleted and he is investigating. I have gone back and forth between VA (Ref MB8UB6U) and Vitality. Despite promises to contact me within 24 hours, neither Tshepo from Vitality or Taylor from VA have made contact. Please can someone get back to me regarding this. I assume this isnt brain surgery to make a link between Vitality and VA. I guess for a company that believes it owns the monopoly for active living in South Africa, complacency and lack of customer focus is the way you do business. What is concerning is that you claim to have secure checks in place to protect customers, yet changes were made to my profile without my consent.
