Virgin active incompetence and disrespectful customer service

hi i am astrelecia i see my son was handed over to the lawyers for a outstanding amount which is currently R290 at virgin active, i was not aware of the outstanding amount but to not make any contact and only a sms is uncall for seeing that my son is only 15years old , please call me so i can pay the amount outstanding

***( i will also publish this on Hello peter due to no comunnication from virgin active and also because i have tried calling but no answer i will leave messages to call back but nothing ? a year and 2months after cancelling my subscription i get a sms saying my 15 year old has been blacklisted )
