Virgin Active inaccessible - you still have to pay.

I go to Virgin Active in Kloof and the municipality cannot provide water regularly to this gym.

I have 2 complaints :

1. My contract was renewed without any prior approval and so I continued as I needed a gym anyway. This was not agreed though and you did not get my verbal or written consent to the price change. 2. I have been asked to call and check each day if there is water. This is a challenge as I have to plan my day the night before. I would have to travel a distance to use an alternate gym and not everyone is aware of the problem at Kloof.

This is the most expensive gym and no one in management is available to speak.

I have also heard of instances of theft that no one has attended to.

You charge me almost a 1000rand a month, this is ridiculous.

Water is not my problem for that price.
