Virgin Active in Stellenbosch are ******

My locket was broken by a *****(that has unauthorised access to the building the first place). They stole my wallet and a phone, which resulted to some bank transactions. Now Virgin Active in Stellenbosch is telling me that they don't do compensations. Would they be saying the same thing if it was their stuff that was ****** ? would they be saying the same thing if someone died in their facilities because of an intruder ? Virgin Active Stellenbosch need to be accountable in all costs.
