Virgin Active in partnership with the ANC

I phoned to cancel my membership in January 2023. I was told that February would be my last payment if not no payment in February at all. March 2023 debit order goes off. I called today admittedly angry and probably should of not have given the caller a hard time. He told me that my account is still active and not canceled.... He said he needs proof that I tried to cancel in January.... so I told him to check the call logs.

Virgin active apparently works like the ANC, **** all gets done when they say they going to do it. Only reason virgin has survived so long is because of discovery.

This is now the second month my debit order has gone off. I thought my February payment was maybe just an account in arrears payment, I guess not.
