Virgin active ignoring my refund

Hi, I joined virgin active in November 2023 I joined during their Black Friday promotion which was 3 free months it was supose to be January, February and March month free however they debited my account for all three months even though I mentioned it to the sales rep that was assisting me, I never received any free months from them even though they advertised it which got me joining, I have emailed the manager thrice regarding my refund I have phoned multiple times to the facility I even reached out to their social media platform on Facebook who also promised someone will be in touch with me this has been since 6th August 2024 and I still haven’t had any constructive feedback I’m being ignored point blank by everyone regarding the money that was debited from my account, Ontop of that I have had nothing but a unpleasant journey at virgin active gatesville due to a staff member I even had to cancel my gym membership due to misconduct with this staff member now I still have to beg for my own money back from virgin active I don’t see how they can claim to be a high end Gym if their customer service is this bad.
