Virgin Active Ignoring Debit Order Cancellation Request

I requested a cancellation of a debit order in March 2023. After 5 months my request has not been processed and no feedback or reason are given. I do not know who to contcat or talk to anymore as the Consultant at Virgin Active Moreletapark ensured me that it would be sorted out.
