Virgin Active Horizon View Customer Service is TERRIBLE

I am a. Member for over 2years. My membership is at Randburg, this past festive we were allowed to visit other virgin active gym, i read on the internet that the period of visiting ends 10 Jan i read wrong the 2 staff ladies of Virgin Active Horizon View siad that it ended the 5th i asked to enter just for 20mins they said No travelled from randburg to horizon view to see there facility, they did not even consider how far is drive just said no entry, not even trying to go the extra mile, there is no warmth there the staff gives off cold and negative energy horizon view is not members friendly customer service sucks Elton Robinson ***
