I have been using your Virgin Active Hennopspark branch for the last +/-6 years, this was positioned as the Virgin Active RED, cheaper since basic gym facility, no fancies, for this I have been paying, till last month R380pm.

So imagine my surprise to be properly welcomed to the new year by Virgin Active with a debit order of R520, yes that's a 35% increase on your cost, ***, in which business is such an increase justified?,you slowly out pricing yourself for the gym users that just want a gym , no bloated fancies which is what your Virgin Active Red concept catered for
