Virgin Active Head Office pathetic service.

I have phoned a consultant a week ago to ask to assist with reinstating my Virgin Active Member. Yes I was in the wrong for non payment due to my unemployment situation and willing now to fix it and rejoin the club but what pathetic service. Does Virgin Active have enough members not to accept defaulted back. Thank you for your pathetic service Virgin Active Head Office!
