Virgin active head office

I am totally disgusted with Virgin active head office gauteng. I went to my local gym at eagles landing and spoke to Portia about my proble in trying to can el my contract. She went above and beyond to help me. She had no success with head office either, she was also transferred all over the place before being cut off. She tried like I did and called 3 times. Had the same outcome every time. Zandile the top not I was told would help. I emailed, days later told me to go to my branch. I rep**** that I had but they can not help, please can she help me. This was days ago, no reply. I paid my cancelation fee I the branch with Portia. Head office has deducted my cancelation 2 months in a row from my account. They just won't give my money back. I really don't know what to do anymore. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
