Virgin Active have become like a floating turd...flush it away

I tried to change my contract after canceling my Vitality and after contacting 4 people( managers included) and waiting 2 weeks, not one person could give me the correct information. They charge ridiculous rates for sub standard facilities and when you complain, no one gets back to you and nothing gets done about it ....I have just cancelled my membership with Virgin and in the process of convincing 16 of my family members to do the same. I went to have a look at Go Health Club... The rates are much less, the service i received was excellent and the facilities are awesome. Anyone who is complaining on this page, don't waste your time because they don't actually care...just move gyms...life is too short to stress about little things like poor service when we have other options.
