Virgin Active Hatfield machines plates numbering nonexistent

I’ve been complaining about the training machine plates numbering(kg) not being there and it’s been six months now since my first complain and nothing has been happening. The gym has neglected the most essential part as a member I want to know my improvement in kg but we are settling to counting plates that don’t have numbering. Come and visit the Hatfield Virgin Active you see it yourself. They have inspections but you wonder why all these people over see this lack.
