Virgin Active has the worst customer service!

For two months you over charge my account, because I am registered to go to ANY normal club, without my consent. I call you to get this changed, which take forever for someone to understand me. It gets changed eventually. Now again this month I'm being charged for multiple club usage, when I didn't ask for this. I call your pathetic call center, wait 60 minutes in the queue, just to be dropped at number 1. Your customer service is beyond poor!
