Virgin active has my money

I signed up for Virgin active CBD in Sandton in December 2022 and within 6 says I canceled the membership because I thought I was going to join Collections Clun on Alice. I ended up not joining because I bought my own gym equipment. Virgin active hasn't returned my R600 refund. Poor service is not expected from VA
