Virgin Active harassment through debt collectors.

I am extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from Virgin Active regarding my membership at the Sunnypark Mall. I had a contract with the gym because of its convenient location across from my workplace, allowing me to access it easily during lunch breaks. However, due to the gym's closure, I explained my inability to visit other gyms as I do not own a car and rely on public transport from Soweto to Pretoria. My memebership was cancelled, however a year later I was informed through debt collectors that I owed them for two months. My attempts to resolve this issue with Virgin Active have been unsuccessful, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.
