Virgin Active Harassing Customers

I went into Virgin active Cedar Square on Satuday around 16:37, i dont use this gym as i live closer to Lonehill and Dainfern. I was absolutely shocked at how i was treated by "the Manager" and a guy called Khaya. I presented them with a card and the guy who claimed to be the manager asked me whose card it was, i told him it was mine and he insisted that it wasnt, i told him to swipe it and see and he refused, after much debate he called Khaya and they decided to swipe it, they them saw it was mine and didnt apologise instead they insisted that they are confiscating this card and giving me a new card???? even though i insisted that this card was issued to me by Dainfern square they didnt listen, Khaya then started having an attitude with me, after much struggle they eventually handed my card back to me. WHY MUST WE BE TREATED LIKE THIS??? i am a member for the past 12 years and i have never been treated with such disgust in my life. Something needs to be done about these 2 people, i want the AREA manager to call me!!!
