Virgin active had a special in September, if u joined in September and visited the gym 4 or more times in your first 30days and they successfully debited you for October you would get the month of November and December free (no debit). That was a lie to get people to join, they debited me for October successfully and then again for November; I've since requested a refund and they hang up on me when I call, I didn't want my account to arrears that is why I didn't reverse the debit myself but they are now just ignoring me.Virgin active is a **** and I am canceling my membership because I don't deal with ********* organizations
