Virgin Active gyms keeps on deducting membership fees of account a year after termination of membership.

I have terminated my membership at Virgin Active in third quarter of 2020. Various attempts to stop them from taking membership fees from my account including attempts by my bank to stop them has failed. I have been relieved close to R7000-00 by now and I cant stop them. This cant be right.
