Virgin Active Gyms APALLING Service and ATTITUDES to paying customers!!

Virgin Active Head Office does NOT answer the phone. There is a voice recording and then when you select the number pertaining to your query they NEVER answer and then you are prompted to select "1" and they will phone you back... What a joke!! No one ever phones you back. Also I was promised a special rate as I was messed around by Alex Mokena in Head Office, then they deducted R500 more than they should have for the month of JUNE!! after being promised a 50% deduction because of their mistake...what a MESS What has happened to you Virgin Active you used to be jacked up, I have been a member since Health & Raquet days - many many years-- and the service now is APALLLING! to say the least
