Virgin Active Gym Waterstone Village - Poor Control of Class Management

I am extremely disappointed at the service at Virgin Active Gym at Waterstone Village, in Western Cape. I book a week in advance for Zumba Dance Class at 10h00 this morning. I arrive 20 minutes before class starts waiting to enter the class. There was no one to monitor the numbers as well do a registration of the members who did book. Everyone stormed in and all the spaces were taken. I unfortunately was not able to attend this class and no action was taken to rectify the matter.
