Virgin active gym not cancelling my contract

Absolutely disgusted with the poor service from virgin active gyms. I have cancelled my contract two times and they are still deducting monthly payments. I have gone to the gym to cancel, only to be advised I needed to phone. I have phoned four times only to be cut off every single freaken time. When I eventually got to someone they said its being processed two weeks on and this morning the payment went off again. I have emailed their customer service about seven times. Hopefully this review will get a response from them.
