Virgin Active Gym Membership transfer

I am writing this review with great regret as to why did I even bother joining Virgin Active gym in the first.

I joined virgin Active gym about few months ago in the Germiston area and I took the package that I could afford and I was told by the sales exec at Germiston branch that I can change to any and that the amount won't change and now recently relocated to centurion due to work committment and when I got to Centurion Virgin Active I was advised that the premium is going up to my surprise and to what I have been told when I took the membership is totally different.

I really can't afford the amount that I was told of +/- R700. Then I asked if I can give my younger brother or sister (Both not working) who reside in Germiston to use my membership and I would still pay until the end of my contract and was told no it's not possible. But now what surprises me is your prices changes hence the agreement between me you is 12 months contracts with the agreed amount that suits my budget R365.

Please advise on the way forward as I am really regretting my decision to join virgin Active in the place.
