Virgin active Gym membership

We have taken out two gym memberships in 2020. Due to working conditions. We phoned to cancel membership. To which we made an arrangement to pay R199 per month and then later request cancellation again in order to make the cancellation amount less. Unfortunately the debitorder for the amount never went off my account. When the first lockdown started i was contacted and told that we do not have to pay for 3 months due to COVID-19. And that i will ve contacted after then. This however never hapaned and there still did not go any debitorder off my account. Because of this i did not think that anything was due. I have however been handed over for both accounts. I am aware that the contract has to be paid and i have always been willing to do so but this is not right.
