Virgin active gym Jabulani mall

Yesterday at 12:06, I was utterly disrespected by Sipho Mweli when I went to gym due to me not receiving their automated sms about the gym closure. His attitude was not just stinking bit beyond apprehension and telling me that no one will reprimand him even if I reported.

I am very disappointed with this treatment after I have brought so many customers because of the excellent service this far. The manager tried to defuse the situation but guy was adamant he's above reprimand.

I truly hope this guy will be dealt with because if no action is taken I'm going to social media with this ...
