Virgin Active -Gym contract that does not exsist

My family have been members for awhile my eldest daughter however had to come off out membership as she had completed her degree and was now starting to work. We tried this week to get her an affordable member ship/contract back at Virgin Active. We were told about a promotion through one of their sales staff, which was for a year and sounded great financial wise, but on trying to close the contract found out that the sales person was offering a contract that does not exsist. How does a company of this level have staff working for them that are either trained incorrectly OR taking my daughter for a ride . I now have a very unhappy daughter who has to continue to go to a gym she can only afford but does not like Shame on you Virgin Active
