Virgin Active gym

I canceled my son's Virgin Active Contact in September 2023. I was told by phone that I must pay a cancellation fee of R1,088. The consultant proposed that I only pay half of my installment, R340 instead of R680 for 3 months, instead of the cancellation fee. After the three months, I can contact them December when they cancel the contract and no further fees will be due. In December they deducted the full installment of R680 as well as January 2024. Apparently I have to pay R680 in February as well. Very poor service delivery as the information provided by the consultants was not followed through. Would definitely not recommend.
