My locker was broken into and my possessions were ******. My phones were hacked into and money transferred from my account. The VA asked for my contact details and more than 6 weeks later, not a word from the gym. I had to cut all ties with Virgin active. Worst part, I wasn’t the first victim and no real warning of this syndicate was made. You get sms and message on the big welcome board when there no water or air con isn’t working, but nothing when there’s a syndicate targeting members’ possessions. I wasn’t the first, nor last within a short space of time.
