Virgin Active greedy recruitment ****!

Virgin Active Loftus promised my twin children a super special Student discount through our Vitality membership. While we were updating their details on the Vitality website - the sales agent pressure my kids into signing a different, more expensive contract to "hold" the special for when the website was updated! Promising it would be converted to the cheaper contract once the update was done. THEY ****!!! Now my kids are stuck with a contract they didn't want and cant afford!! SHAME ON YOU VIRGIN ACTIVE - WHAT A ****!!!

Perhaps my kids should have known better - but they are young and believed the lies and the pressure tactics of the "very friendly and insistent" sales agent. I am furious!! Will be spreading the news of this far and wide on social media!!
