Virgin Active... good gym but appalling administration & service

I have been in dispute with Virgin Active over non-authorised debit orders etc since June 2023. I have phoned into the Call Centre several times and 9 out of 10 times they cut my call. When I do speak with someone it is like speaking with a parrot and I get no joy. I want to speak with someone high up in the organisation that actually has the authority and the will to sort out my problem. Every month Virgin Active just wants to take more money and they now owe me R14K. I have no other choice than to go a legal route. Virgin Active if you actually care about these reviews, this is not the type of service we would expect from a premium brand. Your CC is ineffective, you don't answer emails and your systems appear to be very broken.
