Virgin Active - God save us

I signed for a virgin active membership because the consultant told me that i could add my 12 year old daughter to my membership then after a years contract would not have to pay gym fees until she was 18. When the contract was up however they kept debiting my account of both our membership fees until i called it and it was sorted. The lady i spoke to said my daughter would get the free membership till 18, but she had to be on an adults account till she turned 13. I then moved her to my husbands account. Now i received a call from Sisanda from Virgin Active saying my daughters account is in arrears. Tried explaining to her what the agreement was but she didn't seem to even want to listen and insisted that i go to the branch. Seriously???, besides this being extremely poor customer care surely it speaks volumes on the internal structures. Virgin Active gym Key West please sort this out.
