Virgin Active Glenvista - Poor Service/No Aircons Yet Premium Prices!!!

I've been a member of Virgin Active Glenvista since it opened. It seems like the service of the gym has dropped quite badly over the last 2-3 years and only gets worst! The aircons are always off in the morning, if you tell most of the staff members they'll tell you its not working and when you report it to other staff members they switch it on and it works! Why the hell was it off in the 1st place? staff are lazy as hell and are never on the floor to supervise members and ask them to replace weights. People are constantly on their phones and sit on machines for an hour at a time. I've complained to the manager countless times and it doesnt seem to do anything. We pay premium fees and get ****py service, its tiring!
