I write this review because it is very clear that our complains/reviews fall on deaf ears at our branch. The branch in question is VA Glenvista.

A few points you need to consider as an organization:

- You have closed the Bassonia branch. - You have closed the Southgate branch. - You have closed the Germiston branch. - Your latest closure is the Maponya Mall branch.

I have been training at the Glenvista branch since i was in high school. This is the first time where going to the gym is no longer a stress-relieving task, but rather more stress inducive. My reasons:

-The gym has undergone a revamp, and so many vital pieces of equipment have been removed from the gym, so in actual fact, you have made training a lot worse, as opposed to being a stress-free environment. - The floors are uneven. You place a dumbell on the ground, and find it 5m away from you thereafter, because the ground is that uneven. -Facilities; something is always broken at this gym, be it the AC, the sauna/steam, showers (with already weak pressure and luke warm water). - There are only 2 water fountains that give actual cold water. Again we are stuck with luke warm water. -Unstable wifi; cant even stream music clearly on your wifi network, let alone use it for meetings/work commitments. - Increased traffic levels at the gym, and your gym staff are still urged to sign on as many new applicant as they can. How does this make sense in a gym that already appears to be falling apart?

I write this review, because i have written multiple reviews on the gym's platforms, but nothing has changed. Not eve a single change, hence we are lead to believe that nobody even reads our reviews. You guys do not fail to take our membership payments, but fail to maintain your facility. The staff at this poor gym are also tired of hearing our issues and complaints, because everything is beyond their control, yet they are the ones stuck dealing with irate members.

Can you as an organization please look into this Glenvista branch with urgency. This is abuse and i dont know how much longer we can take this as members. Please treat us with the same respect that we treat your facility with. The level of theft has also increased in this gym, which is very alarming, but i can understand how that is beyond your control.

Please do better Virgin Active. The Glenvista branch is embarrassing compared to your other facilities.
