Virgin Active Glen Vista continous issues with non-functional steam room

Ever since I transferred to Virgin Active Glen Vista early 2015, there has been no consistency with regards to the steam room. 70% of the time there is an issue. Either the facility is not working at all or it is only 20% functional and therefore the steam is lukewarm. Compared to other clubs Glen Vista is by far the worst when it comes to the steam room maintenance. Please get your house in order Glen Vista. The worst part is you continuously sell the steam room as part of the amenities one gets to enjoy when they register at your gym. How difficult can it be to have a functional steam room? This is pathetic Glen Vista. At some point I cancelled and joined Milpark and there were hardly any issues. Same applies to when I had membership in Ormonde prior to the club closing down. There were hardly any steam room issues.
