VIRGIN ACTIVE GATEWAY

I recently logged a complaint via the VA website 'contact us' form and to date nothing came off it! I have been a member for over 20 years and my choice club is the Gateway branch in KZN. The turn around time for repair work shocking - week to months...to never!

There is constant interruptions from either no hot water, no AC to no pool heating. Recently the club has been without all 3 for a good few weeks with no answer as to when this will be rectified! The changed rooms and ablution facilities are often unkept. Showers are missing doors, soap trays and dispensers are broken, shower heads either don't work properly or are missing completely!!! Very poor state.

As for the floor, machines are constantly out of order and never repaired in a timeous manned!

Its a disgrace that a club situated in a prime area be kept in this state! It has been this way for months!!!
